In the photos I see an isolated structure, so exposures
are not a problem. If setting up for surround and
drown, be careful to put planks under the jacks when
parking on vacant lots. Ventilation as already
occured, probably from previous fires; be wary of
weakened structures. Roof may not be open or cut;
heavy smoke pushing from windows on upper floors.
Life hazzard is most likely ourselves.
More use of portable ladders is needed for lower
floors.
