Ladder Company 34 was organized on August 1, 1907

When Lieutenant John Gormley of Manhattan Ladder Company 34
is not fighting fires in Washington Heights, he is flying his F-14 stationed on the USS Constellation in the Persian Gulf.
He is also a member of the Fire Department Pipes & Drums Band!
