I remember going to a fire house muster in Baltimore where a FDNY Capt was talking about size up and where to place engine cos as well as ladders, looking at this picture I wonder how the engine cos will enter this structure and the confusion of the attack lines. I see the line below the tiller uncharged, is this to a stand pipe conection? what if the building went out of control and a collapse happened? there is alot to learn from this photo.
I look forward to next months photo, and any comments to this one.
